Yvette wouldn't complete my order after a submission of a work order. She said, "At this time, due to time constraints and other commitments , I will have to cancel making your order. I will not be able to fulfill your order." After calling her and speaking to her husband, he said that they would still be able to fulfill the flower portion of my order but not the stencil portion. He said that he would call me at 1230pm on Thursday to confirm with her. He never did. She texted me back and the review changed to 3 stars. Very p... read more
