Yvette is a rockstar realtor! I got a lowball offer on a lot I owned. After refusing their offer, the buyer was walking away from deal. Yvette negotiated with the buyer and their realtor to demonstrate the value they were getting by meeting me at the price I wanted. They eventually agreed and bought the the property. She is a go getter that makes it happen.
