Alina is amazing but mgmt could use work. I came in with a groupon yet I was told I couldn't use it. Alright fine no problem and I went ahead with the service. The lady at the counter proceeded to not tell me there was a credit card minimum and didn't know until it was time to pay. Along with having no cash, she then told me there was a processing fee. I came out spending double what I originally thought. They need to be more transparent writhing their hidden fees and pricing. I will not be back

They need customer service training and better understand how to sustain repeat customers. Constant up - selling in a very elementary and used car salesman approach.
RecommendedI only get my brows threaded here and I have loved them since they opened. I have tried a few different places that were closer to where I live in Brooklyn, but I always winded going back to YUVA and seeing the same person. I don’t care if it costs more, quality over quantity.

Excellent salon with great services. I went in for a Signature Facial which was refreshing, customized to my skin type, and very professional. The threading services are also amazing. The attention to detail is exactly what I look for when I have someone thread my eyebrows. I highly recommend this salon.
