I would highly recommend using yuriy for any inspection of a home. We have used him twice now and have had an excellent experience both times. He is very accommodating and is able to schedule as soon as you need. His prices are very fair and he is very honest. He sends you the reports in a very timely manner. Was very helpful having his expertise through this process.
