I came in the other day looking for a grain free food for my pibble, Stella. One of the staff members (I didn't catch her name) took the time to explain different brands, and gave me several comolementary different flavor samples of the brand I chose so Stella could see which flavor she liked! What customer service!! I especially appreciated the time she took to explain different brands and helpd me compare them.
My Hank had a great first day! The people there are so nice and reassuring! Definitely he will be there one to 2x a week! Thank you!
There are some really great products here that I don't see at other places very often; everytime I walk in the door it's like walking into a soap opera though. One time I literally had to hear about some woman's 'woman problems', her husband being laid off, and her being overly stressed out in a matter of minutes all by the same person! It doesn't matter who is working I can tell they are having a bad day because of the conversations that are going on. We do lovingly refer to ourselves as one big disfunctional family around here, so a soap opera does sound fitting. I do apologize for making you feel uncomfortable but I'm glad we at least have the products you need. Amara enjoys the daycare & her coat after a bath smells good for days & is extremely soft (Amara is a German Shepherd). The people are friendly & helpful. Our favorite doggy store!
