Would be helpful if person answering phone knew what was offered when i called then drove only to find out service wasn't available

I'm really sorry the girls didn't mention the self serve tubs closed 45 minutes before the store when you called. It's possible one of our newer employees answered the phone, or perhaps they misunderstood you. Unfortunately there simply is no way for you to wash and dry your dog effectively in less than 30 minutes.
Great staff and a large selection of everything you need for your pet. The self wash tubs are kept clean and well supplied. My dogs love the daycare and I like the individual attention they get.
Big THANK YOU! If not for taking Tank we would have never known he had an ear infection. You guys are rock stars.
Hands down the best pet store in Spokane. Everyone is incredible friendly and knowledgeable.
Susan was amazing with my shy little Toby. When I have gone away he will not get off my bed. Susan would not give up trying to get him out!! With all her kindness and gentleness he finally went out for her. She treats your dog as her own!!! When I came home there were treats and gifts for Toby and even me Now that is above and beyond
LOVE this place!! The people here are always so nice and my Lewis LOVES going to the daycare center!!
