I absolutely love Yummy Hair and have been ordering from them almost every three months for years. I always tell people this is the place to go for quality hair, and I know their bundles can last for years—I guess I just enjoy spending my money here 🤦🏽♀️. Although the customer service of the employee was awesome, the clip ins themselves were not worth $270. They do not have a seamless band on the weft. They also are sewn in a sloppy manner that looks like it was done at home. The amount of clips per weft is too wide for most women’s heads so I find it hard to place the clip ins. There also is no variety in the width of each row so again placing them makes your head bulky in areas and they don’t sit flush on your scalp. I purchased Burma curly hair during the Black Friday sale in the Dallas store. I colored the hair and it completely fell apart shedding chunks of hair dry just horrible!!! This was completely trash and a waste of money. Nothing about this is Luxury
Customer service here is trash. They will disregard your problems and add on more products to the pre-made list that they came up with and justify the poor quality products they sell. The closure I purchased had lots of flyaways and they would not resolve my issue. $500 worth of hair to have to go in and try to fix it myself is CRAZY! They delete comments from IG and charge $25 for shipping. Update: Their closures are only good for one use. Literally one install and its balding.
