The huge Fritters are filled with apples and cinnamon while the crunchy nooks are covered in a sweet glaze. I am so incredibly sorry that you had a bad experience. We do care!!!! We work really hard to make great donuts. We make them fresh daily. I can't imagine how it could be hard. We will investigate what went wrong with the donuts as well as address the customer service level of our staff. Nonetheless, we would really appreciate another opportunity to make this right..
