It seems from other reviews all three locations are temporarily/ permanently closed… yet they are still accepting orders through their app. I ordered from them on January 14th, 2026 and 2 of the 3 uber eats drivers that were assigned to my order said the restaurant was closed. But they still charged my card and marked the order as delivered a few hours after the order was supposed to be delivered that day. I emailed them both on January 14th and 22th and have yet to receive a response as of today. Called the same day I order... read more

I placed an order yesterday and my card was charged but when I arrived at the location for pick up, the restaurant was closed. If the restaurant is temporarily or permanently closed, the online system should NOT be processing orders and accepting payments. I sent an email about a refund and have not received a response yet. There's no telling how much money they've received without actually providing food or service, just disappointing.

Update to review: Placed an online pickup order through the app for the Toco Hills location January 28 2026. The order went through and was charged, but when I arrived the restaurant was completely closed with all the lights off. Hours were still listed as open both online and on the door. I’ve tried calling and texting multiple times for a refund with no response, including reaching out to other locations. Very poor customer service and disappointing experience.
