RecommendedWe love the doctors here, but the billing is insane now that YRMC has taken over. They're now sending labs through their YRMC hospital location so that they can price gouge you. We just got billed $100 for a BASIC lab done in the pediatrician office and sent to the HOSPITAL LAB that Sonora Quest labs charges $27 for. Since it's a hospital lab, most insurance companies will charge you the full amount and put it towards the deductible instead of covering a portion like they do with regular labs. Our pediatrician recently merged with YRMC pediatrics. We couldn't get an appointment with the regular doctor, so we saw the NP, Mari Noel. She was phenomenal! I will definitely be requesting appointments with her for both my boys. She's extremely personable, wonderful with little ones, and just makes you feel very comfortable. So glad we found a provider that we love!!!!
they were helpful kind and very quick check ins. also they have a sick child side and a well child side which I appreciate. lastly scheduling a new patient appointment was very easy and I did NOT have to wait a month.
Dr. Cynthia Sison I gave her 0 stars she was so rude with my kids and too rough with my child very unprofessional for a pediatric doctor she has no patience I’m never coming back there

I use to love taking my kids here. However, since the New Year started scheduling seems to be an issue. If you don’t mind randomly being put with a DR/NP then you can call and make an appointment. But if you would like to be scheduled with certain ones you have to keep calling because two weeks away from the beginning of March and they still don’t have the DRs/NP schedule in.
I just want to publicly praise and show appreciate for the office NP, Mari. She has gone above and beyond for my toddler who had inexplicable fevers to run extra tests and facilitate communication with pediatrics specialists in Phoenix. She has consistently been a source of encouragement and understanding and has even checked on us before seeing patients for the day.
