I am extremely disappointed at the approach to see patients during this pandemic. My child has fever, headache and throat is hurting. If I do telemedicine he won’t check her ears. She has suffered from reoccurring ear infections. If she has a UTI, a urinalysis won’t be done. If she has strep she won’t be tested. RecommendedDr. Al Alou has been my son's doctor for 7 years, my son is 8 and a half. My son is nuerodiverse and also has severe scoliosis. Dr. Al Alou has always made me feel as though my son's health is his first priority. His nurses and office personnel have always been kind and caring. I have never once called and not got a return call or an appointment the same day for sickness.
Stopped accepting our insurance without prior notification. I brought my son for his yearly checkup and shots and was told he would not be seen, after I had called made an appointment and was told nothing 3 days prior. On several occasions I was billed for things that were done 8-9 months prior after I had been told there was no balance. When bill is recieved there is no information on it and when the office is called for inquiry they don't explain. This happened on several occasions, not just once.
He easily make my kids happy and calm every appointments and i so happy he make sure my kids need medicine or not and i highly recommend him
I'm so glad I switched my kids to this wonderful doctor! I absolutely LOVE his office. He and his staff are all amazing. They don't rush you, takes time to answer your questions and he doesn't like to just throw medicine at kids. He likes to try and figure out other ways to deal with the issues first if possible. Really great place and my kids adore Dr. Alou :) Also a huge plus that you don't have to wait for weeks on end to be seen.
