The Dr. Has such a great personality and is very knowledgeable! That's what keeps us going back! :)
We take our 5 children here and all of them love the visit each time and actually ask to go back every time we drive by the office. We have never waited more than a few minutes after checking in before we are all taken back all at the same time. Beautiful aquarium which the kids love to look at. Movies to watch while they're Being seen. Games to play. Everything to make the visit fun even if the staff wasn't as friendly and helpful as they are. My daughter is four years old and has been coming to Children's dental for over two years. They are wonderful with her and work well us parents as well!!!
Being military, we have visited a lot of dentist offices, and this one is by far the cleanest, the most efficient, and dare I say, the most fun one that we have ever been to. :-)
Dr. Kempton is always wonderful, as well as the staff and atmosphere.
Although my 3-year-old cries and screams every time we go, I love Children's Dental. They are extremely patient and before it gets to me having to hold her down so Dr. Kempton can clean and look at her teeth, they try everything. They let her choose a movie she would be interested in, allow her to sit rather than lay down, look at the fish, pick the color of her balloon and more. Just a quick note to say how much we appreciate Children's Dental!!! Dr. Kempton and staff ALWAYS make a rather stressful event....NON-STRESSFUL! The level of professionalism and customer service is unmatched in Yuma. All the way to the Doctor himself calling us at night to see how our daughter is doing!! THANK YOU!!
We were very surprised that Sofia was cooperating in this "happy visit" (after 3 or 4 attempts). She enjoyed watching a movie and liked the headphones while waiting for the dentist patiently. When the dentist came she allowed him to see her teeth. Then, she was granted to feed the fish. My little girl was good. Thank you, Adams Family
