DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT APPLY HERE NOR GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT TO APPLY OR SEE THE UNIT!!! It’s a scam!! Can’t reach ANYONE AT ANY NUMBER LISTED TO REQUEST YOUR DEPOSIT BACK FROM APPLYING TO THESE TOWNHOMES. I’ve been trying for a month to get my $200 deposit back that I put down when applying. Conveniently no numbers work. I now will be filing a Small Claims Court Order to get my money back. This place is a joke!!
They don't answer the phone. Call during business hours only to repeatedly be hung up on
Attempted to contact multiple times during business hours. Both phone numbers from Google and their website will ring a few times and then hang up. I'm glad I didn't apply first before trying to schedule a showing.
I've been here 2 years and I feel safe when I call for maintenance they do a wonderful job . The town house is amazing and a big blessing.
