I love this new little boba tea spot. I’ve never been to one that had so many options. The owner and employees are so kind and helpful. I’ve been 2ce in just one week! Must try!
I love the drinks; however, I think the biggest issue is the drive-thru wait time. I’ve waited in line for over 20 minutes before even reaching the window, and I’ve seen several cars leave because of the delay. I completely understand that things can get busy or that the store may be understaffed, but at this pace, I worry it could hurt the business in the long run. Really nice people. Never tried this place before, and I was on a date with my “plus one” (writing laptop lol) at the library and wanted a nice sip. The only complaint I have is that there is very few dairy free options and I am lactose intolerant. The milk teas and the juices are the only dairy free drinks. Alternative milks are NOT available. So that accounts for the -1 star. Otherwise I have no complaints. Nice people. Nice atmosphere. Would come back. Ordered the literal tea bucket so that says a lot.
