Rude and unprofessional staff. I booked online a few days in advance and received a confirmation. After driving 30 minutes, I arrived only to find out that Dr. Yang wasn’t even in the office due to another engagement. No one notified me beforehand. Their explanation? The system was down at that moment. Yet one staff member let it slip that they could see my contact information in the system.
