Barely in the office and doesn't listen to patients concerns....baptist hospital, cancer institute and blood center all have different billing departments.. No communication , and when they sent claims to the wrong department at united healthcare , they did not resubmit them.. So now, collection agencies are coming after me and I have to prove to them that united healthcare did apply payment.... Seems like Baptist hospital, Cancer institute is turning into a very greedy corporation with no communication amongst departments.....Ā read more
