I ordered the Big Dipper band during a sale where I was not able to make it in person in time, the team went above and beyond to ensure the band would fit well around my engagement ring - sharing measurements and even finding a similarly sized diamond to share a comparative photo with me. I received my order quickly, in beautiful packaging. The ring itself is amazing and very good quality work.
