Absolutely terrible. Refused to fill a medication from a pharmacy under my insurance. The insurance has been calling and calling. His physician assistant knows about this and refuses to tell him the pharmacy needs his approval but sh has not told the doctor about this. This amounts to malpractice and he has dropped me as a patient which is illegal. He has a rough manner and is on his computer when I am talking about my severe depression. He should not be on Zocdoc.
I want to start off by saying finding Dr. Fradkin's office was one of the best choices/biggest blessings for me & my mental health. I was introduced to PA , Michael Feldman, and he is nothing short of ahhhmazing! The help I have received from him... there are no words. I am finally, getting the help I need. Wanted to share my very positive experience with Dr Fradkin and his staff. The ease of scheduling appointments, great care and attention, fantastic communication and understanding. I completed my treatment and successfully passed the most challenging period of my life. I highly recommend.
Both of my children go to Dr Fradkin. He has been very easy to speak to and is very careful about not overprescribing medication. I like that he combines natural methods of healing like exercising, sleeping well, etc…with prescription meds.
