I was 13 minutes late today to an appointment due to an accident on the road and I missed an appointment last year. But Yuli Chou decided to end my service at BSW. Not only that, but when she told me about my physical condition, she said "the best we can do is make you comfortable" as if I was dying. No big loss, I suppose. She never helped me at all.
