RecommendedI have been residing here for the past year and I am gladly going to renew my lease. I think the office staff, the maintenance crew and especially the man that takes care of the pool and the grounds are all very caring and concerned about our home. I see a lot of complaints here about roaches, which do exist, but I also consider the age of these apartments and the fact they do utilize a pest control service, so they are trying. Thank you for your time, these are totally my opinion on Yukon Heighrs.
I lived here for a year, and this place almost never stopped crawling with roaches. I kept my apartment clean as a whistle because I was pregnant and then obviously went on to have a baby so I know that it wasn't coming from us. Their monthly "pest control" was a joke even when they switched to a new company. When our neighbors had bed bugs that were traveling to our apartment, I made them do a heat treatment but they only treated my apartment which got rid of the roaches for a little while but then they came right back. not... read more
My air conditioning unit freezes when I hardly use it! If your lights go off they don’t care till a working day to come fix it. My power went off Saturday around 5 and they said they can’t come till Monday to see what it is. When I called Friday about having issues and no one called me back! OHHH If you have no friends this is the places to live! You think just your family is moving in and when you get all settled in for the night all their friends come out to play!!! Originally, while still a resident, I made a Facebook review in which I explained how there IS a huge roach problem, they never took care of your maintenance requests (I lived there for 8 months and it took them that long to get to everything) and there was always a AC issue. The manager, Pam, contacted me and stated that she would let me out of my lease if I took the review off. I agreed to that. So I took my horrible review down and was let out of my lease. Huge roach problem.. and they don’t care and won't fix nothing
They really involve the WHOLE family in activities, have an AMAZING STAFF who really care, and great looking, spacious apartments!!
The staff is terrific! They really care about their residents! Would definitely recommend!!!
We moved in about 4 months ago. I have yet to see a bug that everyone on here keeps claiming. We definitely don’t have bugs. The only downfall is noisey neighbors. You can hear everything. But it is an apartment So can’t really expect it to be quiet. We like it here so far.
