Time for a new primary care office....
We love Dr. Honda. She is compassionate and alwasys super responsive. I agree that the office staff needs some attention but from my perspective, they are a tad overwhelmed.
I agree with all the reviews which said Dr. Honda was great but her staff was unresponsive and apathetic.
I’ve been seeing Dr Honda for years and simply can’t say enough good things!! The best PCP I’ve ever had! She’s thoughtful, caring, compassionate, empathetic- all of which is so important when it comes to a doctor - because she doesn’t brush off concerns or symptoms like some docs may. She is up-to-date on latest studies and treatments, willing to take time to research answers for ailments. I’ve had a couple hard-to-diagnose issues. I was assigned Dr. Honda as a primary care physician. After an injury I called and left messages twice over the course of a few days trying to make an appointment without any response or call back. Regardless of the quality of care she provides her staffs non-responsiveness resulted in a delay of care and my having to change primary care physicians without a visit, even after given several days and chances to make contact.
Dr. H was a referral by Dr. Apter when he retired and we have been incredibly impressed with her. She is ultra smart, personable, and immediately responsive. We give her our highest recommendation.
She was very attentive to my older (91 yrs) sister, answered her call promptly several times, even though it was the very busy flu season. Thank you Dr. Honda.
Dr. Honda was lovely and was highly recommended. It's such a shame that her staff are so cold, rude and put off by having to work.
