I've been here twice: once last year and the second time recently this month. Both experiences were absolutely lovely and 5 stars. Risa, Jimin, and Dani were welcoming and their warm energy made me feel comfortable in the salon right away. They offered me refreshments while I waited. The hair wash experience was pleasant, too. I had an amazing experience at this hair salon! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they truly take the time to listen to what you want. I walked out with exactly the look I was hoping for. I have dark hair and have had some bad experiences with bleaching in the past, so I was a little nervous going in. Would come back. I came in with an appointment for a woman’s haircut. There were two people working. The man served me. He was great. They have robes in the back that they have you wear under the cape when they’re cutting your hair. My body and clothes were so protected that I didn’t leave feeling itchy at all. Never experienced that before. I came in with hair a little longer than shoulder length. I asked for a pixie cut. He was pretty shocked which was very funny. He executed it perfectly.
