Terrible experience with this company. Came to my house, parked in my driveway (when there was tremendous street parking). Wouldn't work unless they got $99 from me. Then tried to charge me $887.50 to replace entire board. When I called back to talk about pricing, the operator said a supervisor would call me back. Never did. Got another technician to come in and diagnose and found a totally different problem. Mind you, the estimate said to replace the "mother board". Absolutely terrible. I will never call them again.
They’ve been extremely helpful and efficient. The technicians are thorough, kind, communicate well to report the issues back to us with the heating unit. When the heat was installed, they laid mats down, vacuumed after completing the job and overall respectful and tidy. Their finance department has been helpful and everyone has done a great job to help with our project. incompetent and irresponsible In the summer of 2024, we replaced our ancient Carrier Heating and AC system with a new one from Yuhan. Summer bills were on the same level as with the old system. Suprise came in the winter. Our December PSEG bill came in January 2025 and was $240.00 higher than the same period in 2024. The outside temperature was more or less the same. I called Yuhan with my complaint and they dispatched a crew who worked for two hours on the unit and left assuring me that the problem was fixed. Apparently not... read more
