Hands down the worst place ever ..from waiting over 2+ hours to the security guard who yells shit out loud to the 6+ containers of Urine in the wall cubby thing...I was the first to sign in and well needless to say looks like I'll be the last out..oh did I mention the time the PA GREG Mcguinn burned my son in multiple areas trying to remove warts..like baaaaaaad burns...DON'T GO THERE...SAVE YOURSELVES
John Batin is a good doctor, but when you make an appointment, be sure to have a list of questions of multiple needs with your appointment. John is good about addressing issues when you bring your list. If not, all of the drs will come in and go out quickly, without explaining anything, unless you ask.You must be your own advocate and bring your list of concerns. If not, no one will bother assisting you.
Yucca family medical is the best office my family has ever had yes you might have to wait that's how you know there good they all so nice and friendly and they really care about everyone your not just in and out see you next month if you have a problem they fix it or send you to some one that will they care about you so if you are looking for a office like that then you found it I
This place is awesome they have they best customer service in town. I highly recommend you to come here if your looking for a doctors office.
We have been there 3 times with our infant twins. The first 2 times, we would have to wait for over 2 hours even though we had scheduled appointments. This last time, we had a scheduled appointment, we confirmed the appointment, and then when we showed up, we were told that since January 1st, they would no longer accept our insurance for well child visits.
