I used to love coming to Yucatan. Been a frequent patron for a long time now. I will no longer be coming in when I go on vacation because of rude service and horrible response time from managers. I am truly upset because I really did enjoy the Yucatan.

Four of us dined here for the first time. One meal of fried shrimp was seriously over breaded and deep fried for too long shrimp was tough and chewy. Manager responded that the meal consisting of 6 shrimp and fries was already eaten when she saw 3 full shrimp and picked apart pieces of the others still in the basket she refused to do anything about it. She was rude and condescending and all around unpleasant. Because of management with an attitude problem we will not return again.
Sweet potato fries best ever 2-3 persons should try this I nevernever have left overs
