Not a good experience. They did response and the preso I was talking to Ezequiel Garcia was helpful but lie to me. I made an appointment to go talk to him and see the truck on Monday but they sold it on Saturday. That Monday morning I asked him if we were still on to go look at the truck. He said yes come on in. I got to the dealer he wasn’t even there and they played dumb like they didn’t know were the truck was. So he made drive 40 minutes knowing the truck was gone. Excellent treatment for my search for a particular car.
This dealership had good communication. The only issue I have is that they have these ridiculous high “dealer markup” starting at $4995 on all their vehicles. Other dealerships I am currently working with do not have these dealer markup fees. In this recession, it is a buyers’ market. There’s no need for these fees when these trucks aren’t selling like hotcakes!!
