Excellent Dr. Very reliable. Knows her job,very knowledgeable. Allways available!!!
Dr. Shao is a caring, knowledgeable doctor. She listens to patients accurately. She follows up with referrals, diagnosis, treatments, and diagnostic tests. I am lucky to have her as my PCP
My wife and I visited Dr. Shao last Thursday for the first time. Dr. Shao showed her excellent communication and professional skills. After careful examination She gave us a lot of advice about my wife’s health. She explained all the details about future treatments and listened carefully to every concern we expressed!
If I could I would’ve given her a negative star, but since the lowest rating is one star, so here you go. She is the worst doctor I have ever had. She doesn’t care, makes mistakes very often, and forgets thing also. On Scripps portal, patients can email their doctors for any reasons, but she has almost never returned my emails.
