Dr explained everything in great detail to my understanding, very personable
Great listener. This was a follow up after getting on new medication. It's helping much better. Ordered blood work which I appreciated.
Excellent care. Very informative and kind.
I've been in so much pain and hard to explain so I wrote it down. Dr. Zhu was very patient and read my notes, asked questions and was able to suggest a treatment option that hopefully will help!
Dr. Zhu did not seem concerned about my issues. I do not appreciate that he essentially told me that other people have it worse than me. That diminishes MY personal experience. It doesn't mean I shouldn't want to do what I can to improve my own health and life, which is my goal.
Good
Very personable and professional. Made the GME testing on back and leg nerve/muscles tolerable for me. He distracted me with good conversation during an otherwise uncomfortable procedure. Thank you for that.
