This was the worst experience I've had with Dr. Zhao. She spoke very loudly and came across as argumentative person. . Before prescribing a new medication for my adult child, I specifically asked if it would interact with my child's current medication, and she assured me it would not. Because I was concerned, I called both the pharmacy and the medication manufacturer, and they advised me there was a serious potential interaction, so I did not give the medication. Dr. Zhao listens to my concerns and gets to the root of the problem. I was diagnosed with a neurological disorder that was not well known at the time. I presented various Symptoms such as the inability to verbalize a simple sentence, memory loss, severe headaches, and more. Dr. Zhao worked diligently to manage these issues. Dr. Zhao is excellent at resolving complex neurological problems. I would recommend Dr. Zhao to my friends and family. M. R.
Dr. Zhao is hands down the worst Dr. I have ever seen. She is rude, makes patients wait and then won’t answer questions. See someone else if you have the option
