I purchased a vanity unit from YT Bathrooms and unfortunately the quality and service have been very disappointing. The doors on the unit arrived misaligned and poorly fitted. When I raised this issue with YT Bathrooms, they simply pushed the responsibility onto the manufacturer instead of standing behind the product they sold me. The manufacturer was equally unhelpful, insisting I should pay out of my own pocket to have someone come and fix what is clearly a faulty product from the outset.
