Beware of this company. They repaved our neighbor's driveway. And in the process parked all their super heavy equipment and trucks on the side and on the edge of our already fragile Road and did a ton of damage to it We've reached out to the company they sent Chris to take a look at it. And we met them with another neighbor. It was clearly fresh damage. From their equipment. On top of all the oil stains and everything else that they left. YSC Paving did a remarkable job on sealing our parking lots at the church. Hillside Baptist is a very welcoming Christ loving church and now the parking areas reflect that. Matt and the crew were very professional and went above and beyond the project requirements to assure a durable crack fill, seal coat and striping Everything was done on time and the company worked around our midweek church schedule. Great Job!
For our HOA community the repair work on our roads from YSC was poorly planned and executed. We had pure confusion and frustration from the people living in the neighborhood. Perhaps this company is not qualified to be doing a large communities like ours. The complexity of planning a project like this with many hundreds of cars needing to get in and out, deliveries needing to get through and residents needing to get to critical medical appointments just seemed beyond YSC's ability to perform. They did the work efficiently and to our satisfaction, they are also bit more affordable than most other companies.
YSC did a wonderful job seal coating our driveway. Very easy to work with.
