This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. First, due to the technician’s lack of skill, the nail color I received started falling off within just two days, making them completely unusable. Even more concerning, during the eyelash treatment, the staff handled the procedure roughly and unprofessionally, resulting in a burning sensation and what was later confirmed to be a mild burn on my eyelid. 美甲很差，美甲师看起来很忙，非常着急动作粗鲁把我的本甲磨没了，还伤害到我的游离线…还有本来只想卸指甲，美甲师本来可以直接抢劫的，但依然强行5分钟收割我39刀带护理的服务，很难评。

I liked the service and nail style. There was communication problem with pricing but got settled. Overall good manicure.
