Hi, I placed order 2070 which got cancelled immediately and I haven’t received my refund yet. Tried calling numerous times but no response either. I will require my refund by the 7th of June or I will file a police report against this business - very unprofessional to say the least. Update: instead of a refund they have gone ahead and double charged me the same amount. What a shame.
YS beauty supply genuinely deserves more than 5 star ratings. Every time I shop here, I leave with a smile on my face and everything I was looking to purchase. The owners are friendly, professional and so very kind. I've been shopping at YS beauty supply since 2019. And after one interaction with the owners, I refuse to shop anywhere else. I have recommended this place to all of my family and friends and I highly recommend you try it as well. Thank you for always providing great customer service
Hello!! How come you never answer your phone calls…and you never update buyers on their orders? If your business phone number has changed will be good to update it on your Website with voicemail option currently not yet set. Please take action on this Order#2034 confirmed on April 06, 2025. If you don’t have products simple, just refund the money ($84.47) to buyer but do not go silent.
