We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom from YRS PROPERTY MAINTENANCE. Owner Yoel it's very very easy to work with and kind. More importantly, his work is meticulous. He is clean, neat and organized. He works quickly but with great detail and care. He is very communicative and answers all calls and texts. I feel comfortable with him working with in my home. We've already discussed our next projects, and I look forward to working with their company again soon.
Had our bathroom done with them. We like that they use best materials and the Schluter system. Good Communication throughout the process. We liked that they don’t work on different jobs at the same time.
I highly recommend YRS Property Maintenance. Yoel remodeled my bathroom, and I am very pleased with his work. It turned out absolutely beautiful! He does high quality work and is very detail oriented. He makes sure everything is done correctly. I will definitely use him again for my next remodel.
