My small business scored a rare large order we needed to ship freight. So we contacted YRC. We provided YRC with the EXACT contents of 72 pallets of the goods to be shipped. They provided quotes that totaled just above $10,000. When they invoiced the bill was $37,000!! They claim it was classified incorrectly, however, we did not provide the classification.
