I've been here a total of three times so far. I decided to try the place because of the beautiful decor and the thought that with the beauty and luxury came quality service. Boy was I wrong. Each time I've felt rushed and as if I'm literally a number in a factory that they are dying to be done with. Not one of the workers have smiled at me, given me a "hi how are you", or even remotely provided any type of quality customer care. I was honestly nervous to get my nails done because I’ve had some rough experiences in the past, but this salon completely changed that. Everyone was so kind, gentle, and welcoming. They took their time with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I got Gel-X nails done and I’m so happy with how they turned out! The attention to detail was amazing, and I never once felt rushed. Definitely worth the price, and I’m 100% coming back. Highly recommend!
