I regret entrusting this company with my storage. I was billed for services I never requested, and when I challenged the charges, I received veiled threats regarding my belongings. I urge anyone considering them to research thoroughly — particularly the proprietor’s name (Briggs) and affiliated businesses (Austrelo / Australasian Relocations).
Issues encountered: 1. Original quote ignored, inflated fees added 2. Hostile tone when questioned 3. Refused to deliver unless paid rounded up and made up figures 4. Communication ceased after payment This is not a professional operation. It borders on extortion.
plz dont trust them. they say 1 thing then change it and u r stuck. i was forced to pay or they said they will dump my stuff. its a trap. this is not okay!!!
They told me one price. Then when I was moving back to South Africa they made it double at the last minute and said if I don’t pay before I leave they keep my stuff. It was horrible. And no one helped me. Stay away.
