From my experience, under no circumstances should anyone use this business, threats to property, attempted theft of money owed after contract ended (NCAT had to enforce repayment), avoidance of communication and legal responsibility along with all manner of unconscionable behaviour - decades of history of the same behaviour in other (now closed) businesses. Avoid at all cost. Research online for yourself.
I just wanted to share my experience with Yoyobox. Rob is an absolutely amazing representative for Yoyobox. He made the process clear and easy to understand and treated me with kindness and care. The whole process overall was very smooth and saved me a tonne of hassle having to take all my stuff to a storage location. Best investment I ever made. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
Highly recommend the team at yoyo box! They were fast, professional, and made the whole process really easy. They packed everything up, stored it safely, and redelivered when requested. I have pretty high standards when it comes to everything and they were honestly excellent and all at a great price. Fantastic service!
It may seems cheaper based on initial quoted price but the business owner Rob is a dishonest person. He held my storage box hostage despite all charges paid in full with proof of payment from my credit card statements. I just put it out here as a warning ⛔️ for others. This is a review of my personal experience.
