It may seems cheaper based on initial quoted price but the business owner Rob is a dishonest person. He held my storage box hostage despite all charges paid in full with proof of payment from my credit card statements. I just put it out here as a warning ⛔️ for others. I regret entrusting this company with my storage. I was billed for services I never requested, and when I challenged the charges, I received veiled threats regarding my belongings. I urge anyone considering them to research thoroughly — particularly the proprietor’s name (Briggs) and affiliated businesses (Austrelo / Australasian Relocations).
