I called You've Got Maids and I'm really impressed with both their office staff and especially the maids that cleaned my house. My husband and I have used other maid services in the past that simply let us down each time; the YGM Maids walked with me through our house prior to the initial service and patiently listened to me as I explained what I wanted done. I made a last minute call to this cleaning service provider to see if they could complete a last minute surface and floor clean of my home. After giving my square footage, I was given a quote of $200. I assumed that my scope of work would be more than addressed in that $200, however, that assumption was clearly wrong. Considering the square footage I provided the employee taking my request, not even 5% of the surfaces in my home could be even remotely deemed as semi-clean.
