1/22/26: The owner has since deleted her response. That tells a person all they need to know about the owners honesty and integrity. One falsehood in her response was I had called her at one point. I never called her looking back through contact history. There was texting only. I have the texts. The handling of my complaint was justified and handled horribly. While we try, house cleaning is not one of my husband and I's strengths. Enter "You've Got Maids"! We hired them to do a full- house deep clean (baseboards, shutters, all of it) and let me tell you, they did an amazing job. They were here on time, worked all day, and the house is spotless. Highly recommend!
The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the process and completed a walk thru w me. The were kind and courteous. Needed a deep clean for a move out and it looks amazing!
There is no better feeling than coming home after a long day at work to a clean house. This team is the best. Hiring them has changed my life for the better. Highly recommend.
