Debated leaving a review for awhile, but honestly my experience upset me enough I want to warn others off. Requested a quote for a deep clean in prep for a new baby, as well as starting regular service. The owner (I assume) came to give us a quote and look at the home- I let her know ahead of time we were looking at several other cleaners as well.
