This company changed management within the past year. My mom used them for two years and had a great experience until they decided to start stealing from her. Mirasol (owner), Daniela, and Jessica stole over $1200 on my mom’s credit card. How sad. Do not trust them-they are thieves.
They stopped showing up for cleaning over a year ago and told me the business was sold. A few days ago, I noticed You've Got Maids put an unauthorized charge on my card that I had to dispute. Bad business!
Unethical company. Owners are dishonest and scammers. They do not use commercial products for their cleaning, they get their supplies from your local Dollar Tree and Dollar Store. They also allow infants and children to be present when they are cleaning clients homes. Your privacy is not protected. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as the Texas Dept of Health.
Desiree and Marissa do such a beautiful job- they treat your home like their own and they go the extra mile. What an amazing feeling it is to walk into your sparkling clean home and not have had to spend all weekend on it. Daniella is wonderful, as well. You won’t be disappointed!!
