This place is a joke. I took my youngest daughter here when I had changed my dental insurance to the wrong plan by accident. Their idea of cleaning was a 15 minute period of the DA 'cleaning' her teeth with qtips. When you go to a real dentist they actually clean your teeth and it's done by a dentist or hygienist. I feel sorry for the people in there with their kids that have no idea what real dentist offices do!

This place used to be great, but now costumer service is bad, believe it or not, they asked me for the pharmacy phone or fax number what?? They are "professionals" but dont know how to get a prescription filled?? I had to look up the pharmacy number on the web because they didn't know it, I can't believe this!
Rude staff, I had made an appointment for my son, I get there and say he doesn't, and they had even called a day before to confirm and still tell me in a rude way he didn't have an appointment. Bad service
This place is the worst. Can you say standing room only? Then one of the billet got an attitude over the phone about a pre- authorization for my daughter's braces, telling me that they don't take HMO plans. Like I didn't know that. Youthful tooth just puts a bad taste in my mouth.. never again
