Dr. Syed is an exceptional human being and what you call a real medical provider who cares for you as a person and not just a patient. He takes his time to investigate, strategize and collaborate with you to figure out not only temporary solutions but actual methods to get a root cause. The best part is that if he is uncertain about something or simply isn't aware of an answer, he will work with you to find outside resources to help figure it out. Dr Syed listens carefully, asks probing questions and collaborates with patients on the course to take. Very nice Dr. who unfortunately works at the horrible Duly Health and Care. While he absolutely cares about his patients, Duly is a bureaucratic organization that makes decisions that impact the care a patient receives. 5 stars Dr Syed 0 stars Duly.
