My recent stay in Sycamore IL was fantastic. The condo/duplex was very nicely furnished and the overall layout was wonderful. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. I especially appreciate that Sara was always available to answer any questions quickly. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
By far worst people and worst construction I have ever seen.
We purchased a Villa from Youssi a couple of years ago. Their craftsmanship is below average. They have a 60-day and 1-year warranty on the property, and they have never finished with the 1-year warranty, and we have been here for over 2 years. I have terrible windows, and have sent videos and pictures regarding them. One of my windows can be pushed out from the inside. I would not buy from this group, as they do not let you see the progress that they are making as they build it, and their customer service is a joke. If I co... read more
We purchased a house from Youssi. Service and warranty work after the closing has been terrible. Our 60 day warranty was in March, and we still have warranty work that needs done. They won’t even respond to messages about the warranty work. It appears they have washed their hands of it once they got their money for the house.
