We purchased a Villa from Youssi a couple of years ago. Their craftsmanship is below average. They have a 60-day and 1-year warranty on the property, and they have never finished with the 1-year warranty, and we have been here for over 2 years. I have terrible windows, and have sent videos and pictures regarding them. One of my windows can be pushed out from the inside. We purchased a house from Youssi. Service and warranty work after the closing has been terrible. Our 60 day warranty was in March, and we still have warranty work that needs done. They won’t even respond to messages about the warranty work. It appears they have washed their hands of it once they got their money for the house.

So many different subs is what makes Epic Deli so awesome. Most places offer limited choices. Great food and excellent service.
