Second EDIT: In response to the office’s updated reply here, we stand by this review as an accurate account of our experience, documented throughout care by emails, texts, photos, Zooms & a BBB complaint (bbb.org). After the initial attached response, we did not receive any further communication so we reached out via email, without a response.
