LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM - I reached out to book a 15-min consultation appointment with the director (Zahra Nafar) of the mental health provider, which is offered on the their website. The team was very quick to get back to me (within a day) and an appointment was scheduled. I also received two reminders (one text and one email) the day before the appointment. I had an abhorrent experience with this mental health provider. I was seeking mental help treatment after an incident from serving with the Canadian Armed Forces. They billed me directly and filed a claim with Blue Cross. It took 2 months being out of pocket and I had to struggle financially before Blue Cross would refund my money. Your Therapist were not helpful and offered no support and refused to provide mental health assistance from their incompetence .
