I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration after repeated attempts to get in touch with the developer—by phone or email—only to be met with radio silence. It’s not just unprofessional; it’s downright annoying. Phone calls go unanswered—no voicemail, no return calls. Emails and other queries are ignored entirely. Really bad experience with society 1056. We have dealt with many developers however this was not a very good experience. Our personal thoughts are to stay away from your land developments …. Take a wise decision …. And take legal advice before dealing with them.
Possibly the worst customer service experience for a land business… they love a photo shoot, but when it comes to helping, calling you back, handling issues like help contacting a neighbour or dumped rubbish on the estate… your totally on your own and the lawyer is like a rabid dog with a bone… 6 months late on title (requiring reapprovals) then endless threatening letters with fines and pressure to settle, settle, settle.
