Tracy was very friendly and helpful when we met her and during the sale. However, we have been very disappointed in how the sale took place. We had to email her several times to find out what the total sale amount was and how much we made on the garage sale. The garage/estate sale was suppose to be 100% profit and we still haven't been paid. Our sale took place in Nov. Tracy helped me with the daunting task of cleaning out my mother's lifetime collection of stuff. She helped sort out the items of value, arranged to ship furniture and collectibles to family members. The tag sale was well run and supervised. And the cleaning crew left the house pristine. The value of her Tracy's service was well worth the cost. I have recommended Tracy to my daughter in law and son and my cousin.
Tracy and her team came in and helped us after we sold my husband’s family home in Floral Park - which his parents lived in for 60 years. We did an online auction 10 days before the tag sale and the tag sale today. In 6 hours, the entire home had items sold and donated and a dumpster was also filled and carried away the same day. Then the house was dusted and swept clean!!! Courteous workers. Fast and efficient service.
