The services at Invited Estate Sales have been a great help when trying to sell or donate the contents of a home. In only 2 times in the house, the entire contents were liquidated and/or donated and discarded. Then the home was professionally cleaned and the closing is the very next day! An amazing one stop service!
I attempted to file a complaint on 8/7/19 and it would not submit after repeated attempts. Another customer had the same experience with the BBB website. This business should be investigated for possible grand larceny. The owner does not abide by her contract to "get the best possible price for your items." Much of the contents of her clients homes get "donated". Tracy J***** refuses to divulge what "charity" it is and denies customer a receipt for tax purposes. WHY? This location and business has closed. None of her items were taken to the location she keeps referring to, nor did we ever suggest that they would be. ***** ***** hired my business to sell the contents of her home and then clear out whatever didnt sell. When we arrived she was supposed to have had items out of the house that she didnt want sold, she did not. She was to mark items not for sale that she did not want for sale. She did not. Tracy was very friendly and helpful when we met her and during the sale. However, we have been very disappointed in how the sale took place. We had to email her several times to find out what the total sale amount was and how much we made on the garage sale. The garage/estate sale was suppose to be 100% profit and we still haven't been paid. Our sale took place in Nov. Tracy helped me with the daunting task of cleaning out my mother's lifetime collection of stuff. She helped sort out the items of value, arranged to ship furniture and collectibles to family members. The tag sale was well run and supervised. And the cleaning crew left the house pristine. The value of her Tracy's service was well worth the cost. I have recommended Tracy to my daughter in law and son and my cousin.
Tracy and her team came in and helped us after we sold my husband’s family home in Floral Park - which his parents lived in for 60 years. We did an online auction 10 days before the tag sale and the tag sale today. In 6 hours, the entire home had items sold and donated and a dumpster was also filled and carried away the same day.
