The facility was really really dirty, food trash everywhere, dirt doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned all year. there were a bunch of kids and dogs unleashed running around. No one was professional, no greeting just shouting at me across the room over the noise of the kids and dogs. I felt uncomfortable immediately and didn’t want to use the toilet there. I’d prefer to go to a clean and professional facility. UA testing is already pretty uncomfortable and stressful as is.
A very comfortable experience for a very awkward position to be in. This place is both easy-going and professional, and straightforward about getting the job done. It is a clinic environment with the personable environment of people who care. Easily one of the best facilities I've gone to for services.
i usualy find taking ua's so awkward and not fun but the staff here is very kind and does as much as they can to not make it so awkward i love them here.

I have been going to your in luck in Lakewood for a year or so every time has been an easy no hassle experience! They have great customer service and take vouchers from probation. The environment is easygoing and friendly every time I would give them a 10 out of ten .
