Chris was very knowledgeable and was kind enough to stop in between sections to explain his pictures and what he was going to put in the report. His report is organized and explains things clearly. Highly recommend!
My partner and I hired Chris to do our home inspection on our first home we recently purchased. I feel he did a tremendous job, was extremely thorough. The inspection uncovered a few minor things, like leaky garbage disposal and what not. When the appraiser came in, he also found only the same issues, so we know that the inspection was conducted professionally, timely, and in accordance with expectation. I will definitely hire Chris again in the future for all of my home inspections.

We hired Chris twice. He was very professional, kind, responsive, and on time to both inspections, but the quality of the inspection has shown to be a disappointment. The first home inspection was incredible. He was very thorough and found some flaws that helped us decide not to purchase the home.
