I bought a 2022 Subaru Outback from this dealership. Everything was fine with the vehicle until it snowed and I tried to use the rear windshield wiper and it wouldn't operate. I had maintenance coming up at the Subaru dealership so I decided I'd get them to check. During their inspection they found that the wiper was missing a relay, a fuse and a wire was broken. We were sold vehicle by Chris the GM and he is not responsive nor empathetic to his conduct.
Chris sold us vehicles that were barely safety inspected and kept blaming the third party that completed the inspections instead of taking responsibility. Very irresponsible person to deal with.
The vehicle was not represented accurately at the time of sale. When concerns were raised, Chris was unwilling to assist in resolving the matter and appeared more focused on protecting his position than addressing the issues in a fair and constructive manner. In my experience, a greater commitment to customer service, accountability, and transparency would have resulted in a more positive outcome.
This dealership was friendly, supportive and efficient. Tyler and Jessica answered all my questions. I’m happy with my Toyota Corolla Cross.
